Part time Reception/Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work part time in our reception team. This is a part time role and will consist of two evenings (before 9pm) and alternate weekends, plus additional hours for holiday/absence cover will be required (rota basis)
The job would involve working in a small team and include general administration and reception duties as well as working with the team to develop and implement the marketing strategy.
The successful person will need to fulfil the following requirements:
• Have a proven track record in customer service and reception duties and experience of cash handling (although not essential as training will be given).
• Excellent IT skills and able to confidently use excel, word, and adapt to new software and booking systems as needed and have good telephone skills.
• To be able to multitask, work under pressure and be able to ‘think on their feet’.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to work as part of a team to ensure the ongoing development of Totally Tennis and enable us to meet the organisational commitments.
• Able to adapt easily to the organisational policies and procedures.
• Have had experience working in an office environment, with children and on their own.
• Work within the guidelines of Health and Safety at work and has a sound understanding of Equity and Diversity in the work place.
• As well as working within a team, able to work confidently and productively on own initiative, managing and prioritise time well.
• Works accurately to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with partners and stakeholders as well as colleagues and customers.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
